Next Set is provided by Loonacy Works LLC. This policy describes the Android app. For privacy questions, contact admin@loonacyworks.com.
Next Set stores your workout history, exercise selections, repetitions, weights, cardio activity, effort feedback, experience level, movement limitations, equipment preferences, and reminder settings locally on your device. The app uses this information to display your plan, remember completed work, adjust exercise targets, and schedule reminders. It does not require an account.
The app does not transmit this workout information to Loonacy Works or operate a cloud account or workout synchronization service. It contains no advertising or analytics SDK. We do not sell your workout information or share it for advertising.
If you enable reminders, Next Set asks Android for permission to show local notifications. Android may also offer access to alarms and reminders so these can arrive at the requested time. The app can restore scheduled reminders after your device restarts. You can change reminders in the app and revoke permissions in Android Settings. Next Set does not read Health Connect, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or body-sensor data.
You can export your data to a JSON backup and restore a backup you choose. Exported files contain your workout information; anyone you give a file to can read it. The destination you choose for a backup, including a cloud storage provider, is under your control and may have its own privacy policy.
Local app data remains until you clear it or remove the app. Reset in Progress clears workout progress while retaining your plan and preferences. To remove all local app data, clear Next Set's storage in Android Settings or uninstall it. Delete any exported backups separately from wherever you saved them. Loonacy Works cannot recover your local workout history or delete copies you exported.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve the issue, and retain it only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about deletion of support correspondence. Do not send workout backups unless they are necessary for a support request you want us to investigate.
Google Play and Android may process information under their own policies when you download, update, or use their platform services. This policy describes Next Set's own handling of information; it does not replace those platform policies.
We will update this policy if the app's data practices change and identify the updated effective date.
